At Puppies&Yoga, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the shipment is received.
